Our Salon: We aren’t a “theme salon” and don’t offer any cheesy gimmicks. We are a straightforward males-only salon that is family friendly.  Our clients range from two years to 102 years of age.  We offer televisions at each station, a lobby TV, and a salon X-Box for the kids. We don’t serve beer because, quite frankly, we aren’t a tavern and our stylists take their professions seriously. We started our first salon in 2007, are a locally-owned business, and believe in giving back to our community. FELLAS has either supported or continues to support various local nonprofit organizations through donated services, monetary contributions, or gifts-in-kind. These include, but are not limited to: Habitat for Humanity, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Kamiakin High School, Coastal Conservation Association, Liberty Christian School, Tri-Cities Steel Band Association, and the Union Gospel Mission.

Our Services: We aren’t a stuffy spa, so we don’t provide fluffy services. Our clients are men and boys who have better things to do with their time. Facials to clean out pores and seaweed body wraps to “release toxins” aren’t options on our services menu. We specialize in grooming the hair that is growing on our clients’ noggin. This includes haircutting, coloring, shaving, and waxing. That’s all we do, and we do it well. We are specialists. Also, we don’t rush our clients through our chairs like they’re cattle and don’t put a stopwatch on our services like the unisex franchise salons. We believe in giving each client who sits in our chair the service and attention they deserve.  Our team has adopted the Walt Disney motto, “Do what you do so well that your clients will want to see it again and bring their friends.”

Our Staff: Our stylists are hand-picked and must pass not only the typical behavioral-based interviewing process, but also a technical evaluation before coming on staff. We would rather be short-handed and regrettably turn clients away, than give mediocre or 2nd rate services. All staff members, regardless of how long they have been licensed, must pass an initial training process under the direction of our senior staff. They renew this certification annually. Our staff members are experts in male haircuts and are unparalleled in their craft. They are the area’s authorities in male haircuts…period.  Our standards are high, so if you feel like we’ve fallen short, we want to know about it as soon as possible so that we can make it right with you.  You can call our General Manager, Korey Barber, at Five-Zero-Nine-302-0981 should you have any concerns, questions, or feedback for us.
